The tree is moderately vigorous, forms a spreading crown and bears fruit on spurs. The crop matures in mid-September; the fruits are characterized by a short storage period, which ranges from a few weeks to two months.

The fruits are large or very large, with a flat or round-conical shape. The skin is yellow-green with an orange blush and carmine stripes. The flesh is yellowish-white, moderately juicy, tender, with a sweet-and-sour taste.

The variety possesses resistance to scab and powdery mildew, but is susceptible to canker. The fruits are versatile in use: they are suitable for fresh consumption, but are most valued in cooking, especially for preparing puree and baking, as the flesh breaks down easily when cooked.
