The tree is moderately vigorous, has a spreading crown, and bears fruit on spurs. The fruits are large or very large in size, round in shape, slightly flattened at the poles or round-conical. The main color of the skin is green with an orange-red blush covering up to three quarters of the surface, with a pattern of broken bright red stripes.

An autumn variety, harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in mid-September. The flesh is cream-colored, coarse-grained, tender and moderately juicy, with a sweet taste with a slight acidity. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, baking, and making puree. The shelf life of the fruits is limited to a few weeks after harvest.

The tree is considered relatively resistant to most common diseases, however susceptibility to canker is noted. The variety is productive and popular in amateur gardening.
