The tree blooms in mid-April, and fruit harvesting takes place in mid-August. The fruits have a conical shape, and their skin is colored yellowish-green with an orange-red blush on the sunny side. The flesh is white, has a sweet taste and a pronounced aroma.

A key economic feature of the variety is its poor storage capacity after harvesting. The variety is being studied for resistance to fire blight and is used as a genetic resource for the conservation of local biodiversity and traditional farming.
