The name Pink Rose is not an independent variety in the pomological sense and refers to commercial clones or mutations of the Cripps Pink apple. This variant differs from the original variety primarily by a more intense fruit color.
The original Cripps Pink variety is characterized by late ripening and medium to large sized fruits of cylindrical or conical shape. The flesh is firm and crisp, the taste is balanced sweet-and-sour, and the variety has a long shelf life.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
