The fruit has an ovoid or round, slightly flattened shape. The primary skin color varies from grass-green to dull yellow; upon ripening, a golden-yellow or orange-yellow hue appears on the sunny side. Characteristic features include vertical green stripes and areas of russeting. The flesh is crisp, medium-juicy, and ranges in color from white with a greenish tint to white-yellow.
The tree is of moderate vigor with a spreading crown and is prone to alternate bearing in the absence of fruit thinning. The variety is resistant to scab and powdery mildew. The ripening period occurs in early to mid-October, and the fruit retains its qualities in storage until January.
