Fruits of this variety are characterized by greenish-yellow skin with a red-golden blush and an abundance of brown dots. The flesh is firm, juicy, and white. The variety is late-maturing; harvest maturity of the fruits occurs in October, approximately 15–20 days later than analogues.
The plant is cultivated predominantly in mountainous areas at an altitude from 600 meters above sea level. The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinator varieties and insects for fruit set. Both local and dwarf rootstocks such as MM 106, M 26 or M 9 are used.
The variety has Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status. The fruits are distinguished by good storage life and have multipurpose use, including fresh consumption, use in cooking and baking.
