The variety is a medium-sized tree with a compact crown. Fruits reach harvest maturity in early September, and their consumption period lasts until the end of October.

The fruits are large in size and angular in shape. The flesh is juicy, of medium density, with a pleasant sour taste and characteristic piquant notes.

The variety is susceptible to fire blight and sensitive to late spring frosts during the flowering period. The primary purpose of the fruits is processing.
