The variety belongs to the local Italian germplasm collection and is distributed mainly in the Arzino river valley. Studies confirm that it is identical to the Belfiore giallo variety, which is known in international practice as Belle fleur jaune or Yellow Bellflower.

The plant is a late-maturing variety whose fruits are suitable for long-term storage in fruit storage facilities. Traditionally, the variety is used for fresh consumption. In scientific literature, information on disease resistance and tree height parameters is absent.
