The tree is of medium height and prone to biennial bearing, while producing abundant yields in productive years. The variety has sufficient resistance to scab, but the fruits are prone to dropping easily from the branches.

The fruits are medium to large in size, flattened in shape with yellow skin. The white, fine-grained flesh has a delicate consistency and a wine-sweet taste. Due to the fruits' ability to quickly cook down into puree, the variety is valued as a culinary type and is suitable for processing.
