The tree is characterized as weak-growing with an upright, sparsely branched crown. The variety is diploid and flowers in the mid-to-late period. Fruiting begins mid-early; yield is regular. The apple tree is self-sterile and requires pollinator varieties such as James Grieve, Idared, Pinova, or Rewena.
The fruits are medium-sized, often asymmetrical, with a yellow ground color and a bright red blush. The flesh is yellowish, firm, crunchy, and moderately juicy. The variety possesses high winter hardiness of the wood and genetic resistance to scab and fire blight, with moderate susceptibility to powdery mildew.
