The tree has strong to moderate vigor, forming long, flexible, drooping branches that are resistant to wind. Flowering occurs late, in May. The variety enters bearing age early, but is prone to alternate bearing, which requires fruit thinning in July.

The fruits are medium to medium-large in size, rounded or flattened, yellow-green in color with an orange-red blush and brown russeting. The creamy-white flesh is firm, fine-grained, and juicy, possessing a sweet flavor with a hint of acidity. The variety is resistant to scab, but the fruits are sensitive to sunburn.

The variety is late-maturing: harvesting is carried out in autumn, and consumption is possible from December or January to May. The fruits retain their properties for up to 6 months in a cool room. Used fresh, for culinary purposes, and for cider production.
