The tree is vigorous, reaching a height of 4–6 meters, with a spreading crown. The variety is characterized by high yield but is prone to alternate bearing. The apple tree is triploid and self-sterile, so it requires the presence of other varieties nearby for cross-pollination.

Fruits are large, flat-round, often ribbed. The skin is matte, yellowish-green in color, sometimes with brown russeting and a slight blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, juicy, tender, with a pronounced acidity. It may become mealy during storage.

The variety has relative resistance to scab, but can be affected by powdery mildew, fire blight, and canker. The fruits are suitable for both fresh consumption and heat treatment: they hold their shape well in baking, pies, and other dishes.
