The fruits have a round-oblate shape, smooth waxy skin of a pale yellow color with a red blush and yellow lenticels, often with grayish-yellow russeting. The flesh is firm, sweet, with characteristic notes of cinnamon.

The tree is distinguished by vigorous growth and large size. The variety enters bearing late, starting to produce high yields at a significant age. Historical descriptions noted the tree's resistance to canker.
