The variety is an old local representative from the Piedmont region. The tree has high vigor. The fruits ripen late, around October 20. They are round, flattened, slightly ribbed, and irregular in shape.

The fruit skin is smooth, slightly greasy, of medium density, yellow in color with characteristic red stripes. The flesh is white, firm, juicy, with a fine texture and a sweet-and-sour taste. The fruits are traditionally used for fresh consumption, and their storage life is about 40 days.
