The tree has vigorous growth. The variety is triploid and therefore not self-pollinating; diploid varieties with a similar flowering period, such as Golden Gem, Baugene, Granny Smith, or Idared, are suitable for pollination. Harvesting takes place approximately one week after the Golden Delicious variety.
The fruits have a weight of 220–260 g and a diameter of 80–85 mm. The shape is medium-convex, slightly flattened. The skin is smooth, yellow-green with an orange-red blush. The variety is characterized by low susceptibility to scab and cankers, as well as low sensitivity to alternate bearing.
The fruits can be stored in cold storage chambers until December, and in controlled atmosphere storage until February-March. Young trees may exhibit insufficient branching and a tendency for fruit russeting after stress periods.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
