The tree has medium vigor and forms a spherical or oblate-spherical crown, prone to thickening. The variety enters fruiting early. Flowering is medium-late; the variety is a diploid and requires cross-pollination.

Harvest maturity of fruits occurs in early October; during storage, they retain their quality until March. Fruits are medium-sized, oblate-spherical, greenish in color with a dark red blush. The flesh is moderately juicy and aromatic.

The variety has medium resistance to fungal diseases and is susceptible to scab. During cultivation, fruit thinning is required to ensure regular yields. Recommended for planting in fertile soils without stagnant moisture.
