The variety is a winter type, reaching harvest maturity in October and retaining consumer qualities until February. The tree is suitable for cultivation in regions with a risk of late spring frosts.

Fruits of medium size have a rounded shape and smooth skin. The primary color varies from green-yellow to gray; upon ripening, orange or red stripes and a marbled pattern appear. The white flesh is characterized by a loose structure and a refreshing tartness with a pleasant aroma.
