The variety is the result of open pollination of the variety «Саммерленд» or a cross between «Макинтош» and «Голден Делишес». The tree is medium-sized and fast-growing, forming a rounded or round-oval canopy of medium density. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, resistance to drought, temperature fluctuations, and fungal diseases.

Fruits weighing 160–230 g have a round-conical shape with slight ribbing. The overcolor is presented as a bright crimson-red or scarlet blush over a light-green background; the skin is firm with a waxy bloom and white lenticels. The flesh is firm, juicy, cream or white, with a sweet-and-sour taste.

Harvesting takes place in mid or late August. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and processing. Upon overripening, there is a tendency for fruit drop.
