The variety is a hybrid derived from the cross of PRI 1956-6 and Ed Gould Golden. The tree has a spreading crown shape and moderate vigor. The presence of the Vf gene provides the plant with genetic resistance to scab.

The fruits are large, with an average weight of about 175 g, possess smooth skin, and have good keeping quality for a summer variety. Harvesting takes place at the end of August. The variety is intended for fresh consumption.
