The variety is the result of selection from the Elstar variety. The maturity group corresponds to the standard Elstar variety, with ripening occurring in the period from August 20 to August 30.
The fruits possess a sweet-and-sour taste and a strong aroma. Due to high color intensity, about 70% of the crop is ready for harvest during the first pass.
