The fruits are small, egg-shaped, often with a dark red color. The flesh is yellowish-white, firm, and resistant to damage. The taste of the fruits is sweet-sour with a low acid content; the stalk is short and does not extend beyond the cavity.

The tree is often grown on vigorous rootstocks in the form of a high-stem culture. The variety is characterized by high and regular yields, early onset of bearing, is undemanding to soils and climate, and is also a good pollinator.
