The variety is intended for use as feed for cattle and is characterized by a high yield of leaf mass and high-quality forage properties due to the thin stem. The plant is diploid; flowers may have various shades.

The variety is distinguished by good winter hardiness and stability, and also possesses resistance to Verticillium wilt. It is suitable both for pure sowing and for inclusion in forage mixtures. It shows the best results when grown on deep calcareous soils with a pH level above 6.2.

The recommended seeding rate is 25–30 kg/ha for standard sowing and 19–23 kg/ha for underseeding.
