The variety was obtained through recurrent phenotypic selection of the original Siriver variety. The plant is characterized by a lack of winter dormancy with an activity rating of 9. Stems are green without anthocyanin coloration; leaves are trifoliate with oblong-cuneate leaflets.
The variety possesses high seedling vigor and provides up to 7–9 cuts per year. Improved resistance to aphids, crown and root diseases, as well as a broad crown, allow the crop to be used both for hay production and intensive livestock grazing under drought conditions.
The plant is recommended for cultivation on soils with a pH level above 5 and an annual rainfall of more than 400 mm. The variety is not intended for areas prone to prolonged waterlogging.
