The variety was obtained in 2006 based on an old alfalfa ecotype grown in the central part of Italy. According to the fall dormancy classification, the variety belongs to an intermediate type with a rating of 5.
The variety is intended for cultivation for forage purposes, providing produce with a high protein content. Characterized by good productivity, longevity, and the ability to regrow rapidly after cuttings.
