The plant reaches a height of about 0.15 m. It has dark green linear leaves, arranged upright or semi-upright. The flowers have a bell-shaped or urn-shaped form, colored in violet-blue with a white border.

Flowering occurs in mid-spring. The variety is intended for cultivation in borders, rock gardens, and containers, and is also suitable for cutting.
