The variety belongs to the very early group. Sainfoin of this variety is valued for its drought resistance and ability to grow on stony, calcareous, and poor soils, while exhibiting good winter hardiness.

The plant is rich in protein, minerals, and condensed tannins, which contribute to improved protein assimilation by ruminants and possess anthelmintic properties. The variety is used for hay and silage production, is grown as part of perennial forage mixtures, and is also a honey plant.
