Perennial plant about 90 cm tall with a compact bushy growth habit. The flowers are large, cup-shaped, bright red with ruffled petals, with purple-black spots at the base. Stems are thick and sturdy, requiring no additional support.
Foliage is dark green, dissected, covered with silvery hairs, and retains its decorative appearance longer than many other varieties. The plant is remontant and winter-hardy, dying back annually in autumn and resuming growth in the spring period. Possesses increased resistance to foliage diseases.
