Variety description

The plant forms a compact bush with grey-blue pubescent foliage. The cup-shaped flowers have a characteristic crepe texture; their color varies in plum-lilac shades with dark, almost black spots at the base of the petals. The flowering period occurs in late spring and early summer.
The variety possesses high winter hardiness and is suitable for USDA climate zones 3–8. It is resistant to damage by certain animals. After the flowering period ends, the above-ground part of the plant dies back. The variety prefers sunny sites with well-drained fertile soils and does not tolerate waterlogging.
