The variety is a hybrid of the species Paulownia elongata, Paulownia fortunei, and Paulownia kawakamii. The tree is characterized by very rapid growth: in the first season, height can reach 5–6 meters, and a mature plant exceeds 15 meters. The variety possesses strong apical dominance, which allows for the formation of a straight trunk suitable for cultivation in single-stem plantations.

The purpose of the variety includes industrial production of high-quality timber, biomass production, and urban landscaping. Plantations are designed for 4–5 cycles of 4–6 years each. One cubic meter of timber can be obtained after 4–7 years, depending on climatic conditions.

The variety is adapted to temperate and subtropical climates, withstanding a temperature range from –25°C to +50°C. Recommended planting patterns range from 4x4 to 5x5 meters with a density of 500–600 plants per hectare. The crop requires intensive irrigation, especially during the initial growth stage.
