The variety is intended for industrial cultivation for the purpose of obtaining timber, which is characterized by lightness, strength, and resistance to deformation, allowing its use in the furniture industry and joinery. The tree is also used in carbon dioxide sequestration projects and for ornamental landscaping.

In the first years, the tree demonstrates rapid growth, reaching 4–5 meters in height; the parameters of a mature tree are estimated in the range of 10–15 to 18–21 meters. The variety possesses a powerful, deep root system and is distinguished by high resistance to diseases and pests.

The plant is a hybrid and is propagated exclusively by vegetative means, including the in vitro method or cuttings. Due to biological sterility, the variety does not spread by seeds, which eliminates the risk of invasive spread.
