Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety forms a vigorous, upright rosette with a large number of leaves. The leaves are strongly curled, dark green in color with a characteristic gloss.

The period from germination to technical maturity is 65–75 days. The variety is frost-resistant and has the ability to intensely regrow greens, allowing for up to 3–4 harvests per season. Yield reaches 4.5 kg/m².

The leaves possess a distinct spicy aroma and delicate taste, retaining juiciness and freshness for a long time after cutting. The produce is used in fresh, dried, and frozen form, as well as a decorative element in culinary arts.
