The plant belongs to the curly parsley group, is low-growing, and forms a dense rosette of small dark green leaves with strong curling. A characteristic feature of the variety is the upward curvature of the leaf lobes.

The variety is a biennial plant. The produce is suitable for freezing and is used as an aromatic additive, as well as for garnishing dishes.
