The variety belongs to the group of shelling peas with wrinkled seeds. The period from germination to harvest is approximately 80–85 days. The plant stems reach a height of 60–70 cm; they are stiff and weakly branched.
Straight pods are 6–9 cm long and 1.5–2 cm wide, often arranged in pairs on the stem. Inside each pod, 7 to 10 dark green seeds are formed. The variety is considered undemanding and resistant to the main diseases of the crop.
The seeds have a sweet taste and are suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for canning, freezing, and drying. Recommended sowing dates fall in the period from the end of March to mid-April.
