The Telefone Aña variety, also known as Telefono or Téléphone à rames, is a tall plant with a late maturity period. The period from sowing to harvest is 100–110 days; fruiting usually occurs in June–July.
The plant requires the mandatory use of sturdy supports for the stems. Pods have an intense green color and reach a length of about 11 cm. Seeds are characterized by large size and high taste qualities.
The variety possesses good disease resistance and has a versatile purpose. Produce is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, canning, and freezing.
