The variety is a compact version of the classic tall "Telefono" pea. The plant reaches a height of 50–75 cm, which allows it to be grown without the use of trellises or other supports, unlike the original form.
The pods are intensely green in color and reach 11 cm in length. Inside each pod, 9–10 large sweet peas mature. The variety is early-maturing and intended for fresh consumption, freezing, and canning.
