The variety is intended for the formation of high-quality lawn surfaces at sports facilities and golf courses. Due to the rhizomatous type of root system development, high sod density and rapid recovery after damage during intensive use are ensured.

The plant possesses resistance to diseases such as dollar spot and stem rust. A lawn based on this variety is characterized by a rich dark green color, which maintains an attractive appearance under regular mowing at the level of sports standards.
