The variety is intended for creating lawns and forms a dense sward of a medium green shade. It is characterized by good resistance to snow mold infestation, while in terms of rust resistance, it is classified among less resistant varieties.

In hot climate conditions, the variety shows difficulty with adaptation compared to other types of lawn grasses, such as tall fescue. The rate of cover establishment and the general condition of the plant depend on the ecological conditions of the region.
