The variety is a perennial herbaceous plant capable of self-regeneration through underground shoots (rhizomes). It is characterized by the formation of dense sod and adaptive properties suitable for the climatic conditions tested during national trials.

The plant is used in turf grass mixtures for the landscaping of ornamental and common lawns subject to moderate operational loads.
