The variety has a medium or late heading date. During the active growing season, generative shoots reach 50–70 cm. The plant forms an intermediate-type clump with broad or medium-width dark green leaves. The inflorescence is a long or medium panicle with distinct anthocyanin coloration.

The plant possesses vigorous rhizomes that create a dense and resilient turf resistant to waterlogging and diseases. The variety withstands low mowing down to 1.5 cm; a height of 4–5 cm is considered optimal. Due to its high wear resistance, it is suitable for sports fields, parks, and highly decorative lawns, and is often used in seed mixtures.
