The variety forms a dense stand with firm turf and narrow leaves of a uniform, medium-intensity green color. A developed root system in the form of rhizomes ensures resistance to drought and low temperatures.

The variety is characterized by high wear resistance and the ability to recover quickly after intense mechanical loads. It is used for sports fields, landscaping, and sod production.
