The variety forms a dense and thick cover characterized by high wear resistance. Due to these qualities, it is actively used in professional grass mixtures intended for sports turf, playing fields, and areas with intensive mechanical stress.

It is used as a component in mixtures for decorative purposes, golf courses, including overseeding, and for landscaping dry sites.
