The variety forms a dense and thick stand of medium-green color. Due to the development of rhizomes, it forms a tight sod, which ensures high resistance to trampling and moderate loads.

The plant possesses high winter hardiness, the ability to regenerate throughout the season, and resistance to drought conditions. The variety is characterized by low susceptibility to rust.

When sowing, it is recommended to cover the seeds to a depth of 1–2 cm, with a seeding rate of 15 kg/ha.
