The variety is a rhizomatous-bunchgrass plant with a high tillering rate, forming dense sod. The leaves are thin and dark green in color. Despite its ability to reach a height of 90 cm, the variety is valued for its low growth habit and the possibility of mowing to 1–1.5 cm.
The plant has high growth vigor, recovers quickly after mechanical damage, and is characterized by good wear resistance. It possesses immunity to Fusarium, red thread, and rust.
The variety is adapted to climatic stresses: it exhibits winter hardiness, maintains its ornamental appearance during the cold period, and possesses drought tolerance due to the ability to enter a dormant state.
