The variety belongs to the 'Midnight-type' genetic series, having a direct breeding link to the well-known 'Midnight' variety. The crop is adapted to the conditions of the European market.

The plant possesses high adaptability to heat stress and intensive use. During comparative trials, the variety demonstrated high resistance to a number of diseases.

The primary purpose of the variety is the production of sod for rolled lawns. The variety is also used in premium grass mixtures for creating high-quality lawn covers.
