The Milagro variety, known under the experimental designation PST-K10-108S, is a highly apomictic fifth-generation line. The plant has a deep green color and is intended for creating dense turf.

The variety is characterized by rapid rooting and the ability to compete with weeds, including Poa annua, within a month after sowing. It is developed with enhanced indicators of drought tolerance, disease resistance, and is intended for low-maintenance areas.

It is used in turf grass mixtures for landscaping parks, recreational areas, and residential grounds.
