The variety has a dark green color, medium-large leaves, and medium turf density. Due to its aggressive growth type, the variety successfully competes with other components in grass mixtures, in particular with tall fescue and perennial ryegrass.

The plant is characterized by high resistance to rust and red thread, good wear tolerance, and salt tolerance.
