The variety is characterized by a dwarf growth habit, which reduces the need for frequent mowing. The plants form a dense turf with a fine-textured structure and maintain an attractive dark green color for an extended period, including the spring season.

The variety possesses high resistance to diseases such as red thread, leaf spot, stem rust, stripe smut, dollar spot, and necrotic ring spot. It is capable of maintaining its appearance without irrigation for up to 7 weeks and is also resistant to traffic and trampling.

The variety is intended for use on golf courses, sports fields, in the production of sod, as well as in park areas and residential lawns.
