The variety is characterized by dark green leaf color, low stature, and a compact habit. Due to its structure, it is suitable for lower mowing and the formation of a dense turf with a high proportion of rhizomes, while maintaining its ornamental qualities.

The plant possesses increased resistance to salinity, withstanding concentrations of up to 10 000 ppm of sodium chloride. The variety exhibits good resistance to rust and leaf spot, maintains color during the winter period, and is adapted to temperate climates.
