The variety has a dwarf growth habit, which allows for less frequent mowing of the lawn. High stand density, especially in the spring period, contributes to the formation of a thick cover resistant to intense mechanical stress.

The plant possesses pronounced heat tolerance and the ability to maintain its appearance during prolonged periods without irrigation. The variety demonstrates resistance to leaf spot, stem rust, stripe rust, dollar spot, and necrotic ring spot. It tolerates both full sun and partial shade well.

Due to its characteristics, the variety is suitable for golf courses, sports fields, park areas, private plots, and sod production for cutting.
