The variety forms a thick, dense, and uniform turf, possessing a low-growing habit, which reduces the need for frequent mowing. The plants have a characteristic deep dark green color and are capable of vegetative spread due to the presence of rhizomes.

The plant exhibits good resistance to rust and leaf spot. The Moonlight SLT modification is distinguished by increased salt tolerance. The variety is adapted to temperate climate conditions and is intended for use on sports fields, golf courses, and in seed mixtures for elite lawns.
